Corporate lawyers from Walker Morris have advised nominated adviser and broker WH Ireland in connection with the placing of shares in Software Radio Technology on AIM to raise more than £1.5m.
Bath-based SRT specialises in automatic identification systems and sophisticated maritime communications and tracking technologies.
