Walker Morris advises Proactis Holdings on Intelligence Capture acquisition
Corporate lawyers from Walker Morris have advised specialist spend control software provider Proactis Holdings on its acquisition of the entire share capital of Intelligent Capture (IC) for £1.55m.
IC is a provider of document scanning and optical character recognition services.
The acquisition will support the launch of Proactis’s new offering, Activate, which is designed to create a global trading network between Proactis’s customer base and its vendors.
