Walker Morris advises Hargreaves Services on its proposed £42m placing
Corporate lawyers from Walker Morris have advised Hargreaves Services, which specialises in solid fuel supply and bulk material logistics, on its proposed £42m placing.
The placing has been conducted through an accelerated bookbuilding process carried out by N 1 Singer Advisory and Jefferies International, as joint bookrunners and brokers.
Hargreaves has revealed that the funds will be used to capitalise on the potential opportunities to develop and expand its portfolio of UK surface mining assets.
Hargreaves was advised by John Hamer and Richard Naish, both partners in the corporate department at Walker Morris. Sandy Fraser and Richard Lindley advised from N 1 Singer and Sara Hale advised from Jefferies.
