Walker Morris advises Endless on sale of St Neots Packaging to Coveris
Corporate lawyers from Walker Morris have advised private equity firm Endless on the sale of St Neots Packaging to Coveris.
The sale provides an exit for Endless, which supported a management buy-out (MBO) of St Neots Packaging in 2008. The business has grown sales by more than 75 per cent during this period.
The terms of the sale to Coveris are undisclosed.
