Walker Morris advises Calrec management on acquisition from D&M Holdings
Walker Morris’s corporate team has advised the management of Calrec Audio on its acquisition from D&M Holdings for £14m.
Calrec designs and manufactures audio mixing consoles for use in the television and radio broadcast sector. It was acquired by Electra Private Equity plc through a mixture of equity and debt. Calrec will become a sister company to Allen & Heath, which Electra acquired last year.
The Walker Morris team included partner John Hamer and solicitor Thomas Mieszkowski, both from the corporate department.
