Jelena Vuckovic is a partner in the corporate department.
She specialises in M&A and corporate advisory services. She has practised in all areas of corporate, commercial and employment law involving foreign entities, such as multi-national companies, trading companies and other legal entities wishing to establish or further their business in Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia & Herzegovina.
Vuckovic is registered as an attorney with the Bar Associations of Belgrade and the International Bar Association.
She published an article on corporate governance in Serbia called ‘Getting the Deal Through’ and an article on anti-bribery risk assessment in Gruetzner/Hommel/Mossmeyer in 2010. Vuckovic is a member of the German desk, offering services to clients in German.
She is fluent in Serbian, English and German (written and spoken).
