Three Raymond Buildings members not to undertake any VHCC case at new rates
Following the Ministry of Justice’s announcement of its accommodation with the Bar Council concerning, among other things, the no-returns action, each member of Three Raymond Buildings has individually decided that he or she will not undertake any VHCC or declassified VHCC case at the new rates introduced in December 2013.
The chambers said that equally, and for the avoidance of doubt, members are wholly supportive of its solicitor colleagues in their negotiations with the Ministry of Justice, particularly concerning the introduction of a two-tier system for duty rotas.
