Three Raymond Buildings’ Hugh Keith acts in quashed control orders case
The Court of Appeal has quashed control orders against two suspected terrorists, one of whom is currently on the run having disguised himself in a burqa. Hugo Keith QC of Three Raymond Buildings was the lead special advocate acting in the interests of the two men.
The landmark decision clarifies the extent to which the government is obliged to disclose the secret evidence upon which it relies.
