Three Raymond Buildings barristers act for Akin Gump in alleged misconduct case
Following the collapse of the Serious Fraud Office’s (SFO’s) prosecution of Victor Dahdaleh at Southwark Crown Court, Mr Dahdaleh alleged serious misconduct by US law firm Akin Gump and sought wasted costs from it and a senior partner. The application was successfully opposed. Hugo Keith QC and Ben Watson of Three Raymond Buildings acted for Akin Gump.
