Walker Morris corporate partner Debbie Jackson has been listed as one of The Lawyer’s Hot 100 Lawyers in its annual research report.
Jackson was recognised for her national and international client base, specialising in a full range of corporate work, including specialist deals in the retail, financial services and technology sectors.
Her reputation as a leader in her field has enabled her to win a number of new clients. Last year, her deals included search engine optimisation company Branded3, which was bought by St Ives Group; international retailer Damartex on its acquisition of Coopers of Stortford for £25m; the acquisition of Wage Day Advance by Speedy Cash; and, most recently, InTechnology, which sold subsidiary InTechnology Managed Services to Redcentric for £65m.
