Taylor Wessing's GIPI team introduces intellectual property survey

Taylor Wessing’s Global Intellectual Property Index (GIPI) team has launched the GIPI4 survey, which covers topics including patents, trademarks, designs, copyright and data protection/privacy.

The law firm is seeking people’s views on the intellectual property (IP) regimes of the jurisdictions in which they have particular expertise.

Participants can control how many questions they answer. They can also complete the survey anonymously if they wish.

Meanwhile, lawyers across Taylor Wessing’s international team will be carrying out the legal analysis of the IP regimes of more than 30 jurisdictions being studied. They will also be weighing up each jurisdiction’s objective data for use as ‘instrumental factors’ in the report methodology.
