Taylor Wessing partners Rosalind Connor (pensions) and Nick Moser (restructuring and corporate recovery) have written Pensions and Corporate Insolvency: A Practitioner’s Guide. They were assisted by Gary Squires, partner at Zolfo Cooper.
The book, commissioned by Jordans Publishing, has been published to guide trustees, restructuring professionals, lenders, pensions professionals, directors and investors through the issues that arise with pension schemes in corporate insolvency and restructuring.
