Taylor Wessing appoints Mark Fraser as managing partner in Dubai

Taylor Wessing has announced that Mark Fraser has been appointed as managing partner, effective from 1 November 2013.

He succeeds Christopher Dixon who has been managing partner for more than eight years. Dixon will remain actively involved in the direction of the firm as senior partner. 

Fraser is a partner in the construction and dispute resolution team and has more than 28 years’ experience in contentious and non-contentious construction and engineering law, arbitration and insurance law in the Middle East, the UK and Hong Kong.
