Matthew Swan is Managing Partner of the Jersey legal practice and head of the Jersey firm’s Business and Trust Law Group.
Matthew acts for a number of global organisations in respect of banking, secured lending and structured finance transactions. He has extensive experience of advising financial services businesses on Jersey legal and regulatory framework and on general corporate and commercial matters. He has advised on a range of matters relating to security, enforcement and insolvency.
Matthew is named as a leading individual for Corporate and Finance in Chambers Global 2012 and for Banking and Finance in the 2011 UK Legal 500.
