Bojan Sunderic is a senior lawyer in JPM’s intellectual property department. His areas of practice are intellectual property, consumer protection, labelling, advertising and litigation.
Sunderic has advised Puma AG Rudolf Dassler Sport, Germany, in court and administrative proceedings in issues regarding the PUMA trademarks violations; Beiersdorf AG, Germany, in various issues regarding the trademark protection before the Serbian courts and customs department; and Microsoft Software in relation to copyright protection in Serbia; and Intervet International BV in procedures of registration of its trademarks in Serbia.
He is a member of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property, the Food and Agriculture Committee, the Foreign Investors Council, Serbia, and the European Patent Office.
