Sixth-form students get taste of life at the Bar during placement week at Kings Chambers
Kings Chambers has opened its doors to four sixth-form students as part of Bar Placement Week.
The Bar Council-run scheme was extended to the north of England for the first time this year. Students who are high academic achievers are enrolled in the Pathways to Law programme delivered by the University of Manchester and the Sutton Trust.
The placement week gives the students the opportunity to sample life at the Bar and to receive advocacy training.
