Simon Thomas joins Addleshaw Goddard's Business Support and Restructuring team
Addleshaw Goddard has announced the appointment of restructuring expert Simon Thomas to its Business Support and Restructuring (BSR) team in London.
Thomas joins Addleshaw Goddard from BLP where he focused on all aspects of corporate financial distress. He was recently named by Thomson Reuters as a ‘Rising Star’ in its Super Lawyers publication for his advice in the banking sector. He has particular expertise in real estate restructuring and advises on partially completed developments, mixed-use schemes, leisure portfolios, hotels and care homes.
Thomas also has expertise in shipping, aviation, retail and telecommunications restructurings.
