Simmons & Simmons expands Amsterdam intellectual property team
Simmons & Simmons has appointed Hidde Koenraad as a partner in its intellectual property (IP) team in Amsterdam.
Koenraad joins from Dutch IP boutique firm Vondst Advocaten and is recognised as a leader lawyer in the field of ‘soft’ IP.
He is experienced in advising and litigating on IP law, including trademark, design and copyright law and domain-name disputes. He also specialises in plant variety right law.
The appointment is subject to the usual regulatory approval.
