Shoosmiths wins Private Client Team of the Year accolade at Scottish Legal Awards 2014
Shoosmiths’ Edinburgh team has capped recent successes, including its appointment to the legal panel advising Dumfries & Galloway Housing Partnership (DGHP), with a win for the private client team at the Scottish Legal Awards 2014.
The finalists came from 33 firms across Scotland, with 61 entries making the shortlist in various categories contested at the event held in the Assembly Rooms, Edinburgh. Winners were selected by a 12-strong judging panel chaired by Margo Macdonald MSP, with Lorna Jack, chief executive of the Law Society of Scotland, as vice-chair.
Shoosmiths won the ‘Private Client Team of the Year’ accolade and was a finalist in the ‘Litigation Team of the Year’ and ‘Rising Star of the Year’ categories.
