Shoosmiths wins Law Firm of the Year and Deal of the Year prizes at Solent Deals Awards
Shoosmiths has been named Law Firm of the Year and one of its transactions also won Deal of the Year at the annual Solent Deals Awards.
The Solent Deals Awards are organised by The Business magazine and sponsored by major names in the corporate finance sector. The event, attended by more than 200 guests, was held at St Mary’s Stadium in Southampton.
Shoosmiths has now won the Law Firm of the Year title for the last three years. This year, the law firm also advised on the £20m LDC-backed management buyout of the Training Room, which won Deal of the Year in the sub-£25m category.
