Shoosmiths recruits Ben Turner as a partner in its corporate team
Shoosmiths has recruited a new partner to its corporate team. Ben Turner, who joins the firm from Hill Hofstetter, advises corporates, entrepreneurs and management teams on a range of domestic and cross-border transactional work.
This work includes mergers and acquisitions, divestments, restructurings, joint venture arrangements and general corporate matters.
Based in Birmingham, Turner has experience in financial services, technology, digital media, manufacturing and engineering.
Shoosmiths’ corporate team is currently enjoying a run of deals success, which has seen the firm appear in the top three authoritative UK Experian Corpfin Advisor League Tables for number of deals done.
