Shoosmiths' national corporate team receives Law Firm of the Year award
Shoosmiths’ national corporate team has again been named ‘Law Firm of the Year’ at this year’s M&A Awards.
The annual M&A Awards, held at the Millennium Mayfair in London, are said to recognise and celebrate the achievements of management teams, advisers and financiers who, over the past 12 months, have demonstrated their deal-making excellence in extraordinary market conditions.
The Shoosmiths team managed to beat off some stiff competition to gain the title, including Howard Kennedy, Olswang, Pinsent Masons, SGH Martineau and Taylor Wessing.
