Shoosmiths launches fixed-priced contract analysis service called Spotlight
Shoosmiths has launched a fixed-priced contract analysis service. Called Spotlight, the service is claimed to provide a fast, reliable, systemised review of business contracts by fully trained legal advisers.
Spotlight analyses a company’s business contracts and identifies the commercially critical issues affecting that company, providing common-sense solutions and suggested amendments.
According to national head of commercial David Jackson, who helped develop the new service, Spotlight is customised to the exact commercial needs of each organisation.
Spotlight guarantees a two-working-day turnaround, with an optional expedited service for even shorter turnarounds. It is intended to free up in-house legal teams for higher-value, strategic tasks.
The fixed-fee pricing, excluding VAT, is based on contract size:
- Standard: one to five pages — £300
- Intermediate: six to 14 pages — £400
- Extensive: 15 pages — £500
