Shoosmiths holds charity fashion show in aid of Winston’s Wish
On 6 August, Shoosmiths put on a charity fashion show at its Edinburgh office, raising £1,014 for national charity partner Winston’s Wish.
More than 60 guests, including staff, clients, family and friends, attended the ticketed event, which included a drinks reception and live music from Einstein’s Wardrobe — Shoosmiths partner Steven McDonald’s band.
Shoosmiths staff modelled the work of local hair and beauty professionals Bamboo Boutique and looks from some of the region’s top independent shops, such as White Rabbits, Godiva Boutique and Kakao by K and brands such as 21st Century Kilts.
Winston’s Wish is a UK childhood bereavement charity that offers practical support and guidance on bereavement to children, their families and professionals. The charity provides professional therapeutic help in individual, group and residential settings and via a national helpline, interactive website and publications.
