Shoosmiths appoints Michael Briggs as an associate in its employment team
Michael Briggs has been appointed as an associate to Shoosmiths’ Nottingham-based employment team. He joins the law firm from Shakespeares LLP.
Briggs advises a wide range of clients on all areas of contentious and non-contentious employment matters and day-to-day HR practices including: disciplinary and grievance processes; contracts of employment; senior level service agreements; contracts for services; redundancy processes; compromise agreements; and sensitive exit arrangements for senior management.
Shoosmiths’ employment team advises clients, including Staples, Thomas Cook, British Gypsum, Nottingham City Homes and the NEC.
