Shoosmiths advises former Fitness First CEO on launch of indoor cycling studios
Shoosmiths has provided advice to former chief executive officer (CEO) of Fitness First Colin Waggett for the launch of his new indoor cycling concept, Psycle London.
Shoosmiths’ Angela Mildenhall and solicitor Sarah Waller (both real estate) led the team to help secure the first of a number of indoor cycling studios on Mortimer Street, W1, in preparation for Psycle’s official launch in February 2014.
Further expertise was provided by corporate specialist solicitor Robert Pook.
Psycle says its aim is to provide busy Londoners with the most enjoyable way to improve their total body fitness and stay healthy.
