Shoosmiths advises Allied London on acquisition of ITV Granada studios
Specialists from seven of Shoosmiths’ teams have worked together to help the Allied London acquire the ITV Granada television studios in a partnership with Manchester City Council called Manchester Quays.
Members of the law firm’s real-estate, planning, litigation, banking, corporate, tax and environmental teams acted for the property development and investment company.
