Shoosmiths acts for Xafinity Consulting in Phoenix office relocation deal
The real-estate team at Shoosmiths has acted for Xafinity Consulting in a deal that will see the company relocate from Greyfriars Road in Reading to Phoenix on Station Hill.
Xafinity will take the entire second and third floors of the new office development situated next to Reading railway station, providing a total of 20,521ft² of office space.
Shoosmiths partner Andrew Farmery and associate Angela Mildenhall led the work for Xafinity Consulting.
Phoenix features a double-height reception, an air-conditioning system, 52 car parking spaces, three 10-person lifts, a shower for those cycling to and from work and accessible disabled facilities.
