Schoenherr appoints Stefan Kuehteubl as head of employment practice
Stefan Kuehteubl will join Schoenherr as a partner and the head of the firm’s employment practice as of July 2014. He previously worked at the firm from 1999–2004.
During the past 10 years, he worked in a well-known Vienna-based employment law boutique, in which he was a partner since 2008.
Kuehteubl advises on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law, including continuing advice to employers on out-of-court matters and the drafting of legal opinions and contracts, as well as advising and representing managing directors and management board members. International employment law and employment in the public sector, including in privatised entities, are additional points of focus.
The Schoenherr employment law team under Kuehteubl’s leadership will consist of a total of six lawyers.
