Rich Greenstein set to chair DLA Piper’s US franchise and distribution practice
DLA Piper has announced that Rich Greenstein has been named chair of the firm’s US franchise and distribution practice.
Greenstein is a transactional lawyer with more than 30 years of experience representing clients across industries involving franchise and distribution law, intellectual property, licensing and mergers and acquisitions.
He led the firm’s franchise and distribution practice in the south east and is a founding member of the firm’s Atlanta office, which opened in 2006. He also serves on the firm’s policy committee and is a member of the corporate and private equity practices.
Greenstein succeeds Dennis Wieczorek, who passed away on 13 July.
