Ron Plascow is a construction and procurement partner. He specialises in advising on the creation of construction contracts, the application of the public procurement regulations and, separately, on state aid issues.
Plascow’s work involves helping clients, both public bodies and private companies, in a range of building and civil engineering projects in the UK and abroad. He also advises on the procurement of consultants and contractors, the application of the European Procurement Regulations and, where grant aid is required, the applicable state aid rules. He works for regional development agencies, local authorities, universities, further education colleges and NHS trusts, as well as contractors and consultants.
