Planning magazine quotes Winckworth Sherwood’s McCormack in housing article
Colette McCormack, partner in Winckworth Sherwood’s planning team, has been quoted in Planning magazine in an article entitled ‘Budget housing under threat’.
The article looks at a West Country developer’s bid to cut the amount of affordable housing required in its development.
McCormack advises that if planning authorities want to retain control of developments, they should consider negotiating changes to section 106 agreements with the developer early on.
