Partners Tim Ryan and Andrew Priest and solicitor Shereen Elkins join Memery Crystal
Memery Crystal has announced that Tim Ryan and Andrew Priest have joined the firm as partners, and Shereen Elkins as a solicitor, with immediate effect. Ryan and Priest bring expertise in information technology, intellectual property and commercial contracts to build on Memery Crystal’s existing strengths in the technology sector.
Prior to joining Memery Crystal, Ryan and Priest were partners in the London office of Davenport Lyons, where Elkins was a solicitor.
Ryan is a commercial lawyer whose practice includes digital media, technology, sport and leisure. He advises various national and international media organisations, technology companies and other businesses ranging from start-ups to listed companies. He has also advised on a range of sport and entertainment events, including various matters in connection with the previous two Rugby World Cups.
Priest is a commercial lawyer who specialises in information technology, outsourcing and general commercial contracts. He has particular expertise in relation to large-scale, high-value IT and telecoms projects, both in the UK and internationally. He also advises on a range of sports-related contracts, intellectual property matters and contractual arrangements for online gaming.
