Parabis has unveiled its first round of promotions since merging with Greenwoods in May.
The firm has added 11 to the partnership, with eight promoted to partner at Plexus and three at Greenwoods.
Those promoted to the Plexus partnership in London are: construction partner Justin Clayden, personal injury and clinical negligence partner Jamie Colman, personal injury and litigation partner Allison Kemp and professional indemnity partner Alain Orengo.
In Leeds, the firm has made up casualty partner Helen Randall and property recovery partner Stephen Lewis. Nicola Skeldon has been promoted at Acumen in Manchester, while personal injury and litigation partner Richard Guest will join the national practice.
At Greenwoods Tim Ingram is now head of criminal defence group in Milton Keynes, Alex Puddy is a new personal injury partner in Manchester, John O’Shea and Andy Connor are new property, insurance and construction partners in London and Bristol respectively.
Parabis CEO and senior partner at Plexus Law Tim Oliver said in a statement: “Each of these individuals has proven themselves integral to the successful growth of the firm and we have been impressed with their commercial astuteness during a challenging time for the legal profession.”

Plexus merged with Greenwoods to form a £90m firm which is home to more than 1,200 staff with approximately 12 equity and fixed share partners (7 May 2013).
Earlier this week Parabis entered a formal partnership with Direct Line Group to provide legal services to the insurer’s customers, having been a longstanding member of the company’s panel (16 July 2013).
