Outer Temple's David Russell QC set to speak at International Tax Forum
At the International Tax Forum on 19 September 2013, Outer Temple Chambers’ David Russell QC will deliver a presentation to the CFE in St Petersburg on the impact of GAARs in Asia.
The International Tax Forum will offer an outlook on current worldwide developments and the Russian perspective.
The conference will deal with general anti-avoidance rules and the new approach of governments towards tax intermediaries, as well as the revised proposals concerning the interpretation and application of ‘permanent establishment’ in the OECD Model Tax Convention and the impact of permanent establishments of foreign business in Russia.
