Outer Temple Chambers has announced that David Russell QC, together with Javier Canosa, will be speaking at the Private Client Forum, which is to be held in California from 5–7 February 2014.
The title of their speech is ‘Limitless: exchanging information on an uneven playing field’.
They will answer questions such as these: in an organised society, is tax collection limitless; and are there other things, principles, concepts or ideas that come before the collection of taxes in a given state?
