Olswang announces re-election of David Stewart to post of chief executive officer

Olswang has announced the re-election of David Stewart as chief executive officer to lead the international law firm for the next three financial years.

As chief executive officer, Stewart will chair Olswang’s executive committee, which will be charged with implementing the firm’s strategy and managing the business.

Prior to being elected as chief executive officer in 2013, Stewart had been Olswang’s managing partner since 2007.

During his tenure as chief executive officer, Olswang has gone through a wave of international expansion, with the firm opening offices in Singapore in early 2012, Paris and Munich in 2011 and Madrid in 2010. Since 2010, Olswang’s revenues have increased by 19 per cent and profit per equity partner by 26 per cent.
