Ogier Corporate Administration receives authorisation to act as depositary
Ogier Corporate Administration Ltd UK, a UK trading entity of Ogier Fiduciary Services, has received approval to its variation of regulatory permission application to act as a trustee or depositary of an unauthorised alternative investment fund (AIF).
Neil Townson, managing director of Ogier Corporate Administration in London, said: ‘Ogier Fiduciary Services has a proven track record as a regulated entity in the UK, providing operator services to unregulated collective investment schemes since 2004.’
