Ogier advises Sinarmas Land Ltd on £84m purchase transaction
Ogier has advised Sinarmas Land Ltd on its £84m purchase of all of the units in a real-estate unit trust scheme in relation to London property New Brook Buildings, 8–18 Great Queen Street.
A portion of the acquisition was funded through a financing transaction, in respect of which Ogier also acted.
Ogier Legal and Ogier Fiduciary Services worked together on the transaction with lead counsel Mayer Brown International LLP in London.
