Ogier advises Burford Capital on raising of $150m retail bond issue
Ogier has provided Guernsey legal advice to Burford Capital on the raising of $150m (£90m) through an issue of retail bonds on the London Stock Exchange by Burford Capital plc, a subsidiary of Burford Capital. Payments in respect of the bonds are guaranteed by Burford Capital.
