No5’s Henry Pitcher represents family in missed cancer diagnostic case

Mark Browne, from Lincoln, died in 2012 aged 46 after his GP, Dr Nicholas Smith, failed to detect that he had symptoms of rectal cancer. Mr Browne and his family were represented by Lime Solicitors in Leicester and No5 Chambers barrister Henry Pitchers.
