No5 Chambers sponsors Leicestershire Law Society Schools Court Competition
No5 Chambers is sponsoring The Leicestershire Law Society, which for the second year is holding the Schools Court Competition on 16 November 2013.
The competition, which is taking place at Leicester Crown Court, allows students from local schools to take part in mock trials. Students aged 13–16 are given a case to prepare beforehand and the defence team has to persuade the jury, which is also made up of pupils, that the defendant is innocent.
No5 Chambers is sponsoring the prize of Best Court Official at this year’s event.
