No5 Chambers set to hold Court of Protection seminars in Birmingham and London
No5 Chambers’ Court of Protection group will be holding two seminars this autumn, on 23 October in Birmingham and 6 November in London.
The seminars will cover a range of relevant issues that arise in the Court of Protection, including practice and procedure and recent cases.
Delegates will have an opportunity to hear from leading practitioners in the field, including No5 barristers and a selection of guest speakers including judges, solicitors from the Office of the Official Solicitor and a consultant in old-age psychiatry.
This seminar is suitable for lawyers who already have an established caseload and those who are looking to develop their practice in this field. Attendees of the seminar will receive 4.5 CPD points accredited by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
