No5 Chambers set to hold annual employment seminars in Birmingham and London
No5 Chambers’ employment group will be holding its annual employment seminars on 3 October 2014 in Birmingham and 17 October 2014 in London.
Barristers from the 32-strong group will be giving talks on topics including amendments to TUPE, disability and employer’s knowledge, zero-hours contracts, top tips to consider in a High Court injunction application, and unfair dismissal and redundancy.
There will also be a workshop on the dos and don’ts of witness statements, while guest speaker Malcolm Boswell from ACAS will deliver a talk on getting the most out of your ACAS officer.
Attendees of the seminar will receive 4.5 CPD points accredited by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
