No5 Chambers barrister set to speak at Planning and Delivery/Viability seminar

No5 Chambers barrister Kevin Leigh will be delivering a talk at the RTPI’s Planning and Delivery/Viability seminar, which is being held in association with Homes & Communities Atlas on 27 November.

The programme, which features a mixture of presentations and discussions, is an ideal opportunity for policy and development management planners to understand and discuss the viability and deliverability issues that affect the whole of planning and to explore ways of aiding delivery.

Leigh, who will join other speakers from the public and private sector, will present a slot titled ‘The Legal Framework and Recent Appeal Decisions’.
