NCTM promotes four to salary partners
NCTM Studio Legale Associato has announced the internal promotion of four professionals who have excelled in their various areas of the law in the last few years. Giovanni de’ Capitani, Andrea Mantellini, Michele Motta and Michele Zucca will become salary partners at the firm, bringing the total to 22.
De’ Capitani, who started as a trainee at NCTM after graduating in law from the Università degli Studi di Genova, has gained a prominent role in the banking and finance team and played a key role in the recent restructuring of La Gardenia Beauty.
Motta has shown himself to be highly capable in the area of corporate and mergers and acquisitions, providing his expertise in many important deals in the last few years. He graduated in law from the Università di Pisa and started at NCTM in 2005.
Zucca, who graduated in law from the Università Statale di Milano, specialises in a range of fields, including insurance, litigation, corporate and commercial law.
Mantellini, a chartered accountant who graduated in economics from the Università Bocconi, forms an integral part in the tax department.
All of the four new salary partners are based in NCTM’s Milan office.
