NCTM launches luxury and fashion practice
NCTM has expanded its practices by launching a team dedicated to the luxury and fashion industry.
The team, which consists of 10 professionals working in different areas of the law, offers extensive and wide-ranging legal assistance to its clients, who operate along the entire luxury and fashion value chain.
Recent prominent cases dealt with by the members of NCTM’s team include assisting L Capital with its 30 per cent acquisition of Vicini from Giuseppe Zanotti, following the acquisition of Dondup; providing judicial assistance to Ermanno Scervino, Nike and Abercrombie & Fitch related to the protection of intellectual property; and advising Marchon and Chimento on labour matters.
NCTM partner Michele Bignami is responsible for the new practice.
