NCTM launches capital markets and financial intermediaries department
NCTM has launched a capital markets and financial intermediaries department under the direction of Prof Alberto Toffoletto.
The group consists of 15 professionals from the Milan, Rome and London offices of the firm.
The aim of the group is to provide an extensive advisory service and bring businesses closer to these markets, helping Italian companies to better understand the value of financial intermediation, according to Toffoletto, founding partner of NCTM.
It is will address issues including advisory services to public offerings and underwriting of financial instruments; initial public offerings and the listing of securities on regulated markets; tender offers and trading of financial instruments; corporate governance for listed companies; assistance to listed issuers, shareholders and institutional investors; advice to banks, investment management and asset management companies with regard to investment services and collective undertakings; and legal assistance to banks, investment management and asset management companies in the case of supervisory proceedings.
