NCTM assists in sale of Krizia International to Shenzhen Marisfrolg Fashion
NCTM has assisted Krizia SpA and its founder Mariuccia Mandelli in the sale of Krizia International Srl to Shenzhen Marisfrolg Fashion Co, the Chinese women’s fashion producer belonging to entrepreneur and designer Zhu Chong Yun.
As a result of the deal, the style business division, the ‘Krizia’ trademark and the historical archives of Krizia SpA have been transferred to Krizia International Srl.
This cross-border operation, involving both Italian and Chinese Law, was announced last February.
The NCTM team was led by partner Simone De Carli, assisted by associate Eleonora Parrocchetti.
Shenzhen Marisfrolg Fashion Co was advised by Carnelutti Studio Legale Associato.
