NCTM assists Edilmonte Roma with closing of complex restructuring
NCTM has assisted with the the closing of the complex restructuring of Edilmonte Roma, a company owned by the Ferro family. It was finalised on 20 March 2014.
The operation, valued at about €80m (£67m), was divided into several stages that required difficult negotiations with six major banks and the involvement of a foreign investor.
The closing of this complex restructuring was completed with the sale of a building, intended for hotel use, by Edilmonte Roma.
The NCTM team comprised Corrado Verna (partner) and Marzia Manente (associate). Cristian Romeo (of counsel) and Nicola Biagioli (senior adviser) also collaborated, as well as Piermauro Carabellese (partner), who advised on tax matters.
